Our Puppy Training Support is designed for families who would like a head start on the early stages of puppy training, and a smooth transition from the litter to the home. We begin working on important foundations that help your puppy transition from life with their littermates to life in a home.

During the program, your puppy lives with us in our home and receives one-on-one training using positive reinforcement. With over 30 years of professional dog training experience, our goal is to give your puppy a strong start and help establish routines that will make the transition into your home much smoother. Each puppy is an individual, so the pace and progress of training will depend on the puppy and how quickly they learn.

Puppies follow a structured daily routine that includes mealtimes, playtime, training sessions, grooming, and plenty of snuggle and play time.

Skills your puppy will begin learning:

  • Settling calmly in their crate

  • Walking on a leash

  • Name recognition

  • Come (recall)

  • Sit

  • Down

  • Paying attention to their person

  • Beginning housetraining routines

  • Learning appropriate puppy manners, including reducing nipping

By the end of the program, most puppies are able to stay in their crate overnight for approximately 6 hours and 2-3 hours during the day without accidents.

What is included in the program:

  • Crate

  • Leash and collar

  • Food

  • Toys

  • Daily care, training, and socialization in a family home environment

  • Walks in neighborhoods, coffee shops, dog friendly stores (in a safe, controlled socialization manner)

  • Updates on your puppy’s progress during the program

Our Puppy Boot Camp program is available only to puppies from our breeding program.
