Deposit Contract Agreement
    PURCHASE PRICE AND DEPOSIT:
    The total purchase price of the puppy is $5,000.00 USD. A non-refundable deposit of $1,000.00 USD is required to reserve a puppy. This deposit shall be applied toward the total purchase price, leaving a remaining balance of $4,000.00 USD due as outlined below.
    The deposit may be paid by cash, cashier’s check, or Venmo (Venmo: @Giene-Keyes). The BUYER understands that the deposit secures their place in the litter selection process. However, in the event that the BREEDER does not have a puppy available for the BUYER from the intended litter—such as in the case of a small litter or unforeseen circumstances—the deposit will be automatically transferred to the next available litter.

    PAYMENT TERMS:
    The remaining balance of $4,000.00 USD shall be payable by the BUYER as follows:

    If paying by Venmo or electronic transfer, payment in full shall be due no later than seven (7) calendar days prior to the scheduled pick-up date of the puppy.

    If paying by cash, payment may be made at the time of pick-up.

    The signed Adoption Contract must be submitted along with final payment if payment is made in advance. No puppy shall be released to the BUYER until the balance has been paid in full and the Adoption Contract has been fully executed.

    FORFEITURE AND RESCHEDULING POLICY:
    If the BUYER fails to complete payment or does not pick up the puppy on the scheduled date without prior written agreement from the BREEDER, the puppy may be offered to another home, and the BUYER’s deposit may be forfeited.
